Is this location on Route 9 going to be a legal recreational weed dispensary soon?

Should Hudson Valley marijuana farmers be allowed to legally sell pot at New York farmers' markets?

If you are able to get medical marijuana in New York State then you are now able to get this type at your favorite dispensary.

I guess it’s hard to set rules and regulations when the federal laws are different from the state laws.
