Happy Birthday today (Oct. 8) to C.J. Ramone (bassist for The Ramones from 1989-1996.) He’s 52. Also today, we remember guitarist Johnny Ramone on what would’ve been his 69th birthday.

A diverse assortment of records will be available on vinyl and in limited quantities in independent shops on November 25.

Their eponymous debut was so immediate that it was hard to believe they'd already been around for about two years.

By this time, they'd become almost irreparably damaged by the grind of touring, personal demons and substance abuse.
