The restaurant industry had to deal with closing their restaurants, offering only take-out, scrambling to put together some kind of outdoor dining plan, and the loss of workers.

They have some of the best donuts in town, they have loyal and happy customers, yet they're being forced to close. That's a crazy sign of our times, isn't it?

Things are changing when it comes to food establishments, and they are changing for the better.

When you can get a non-chain local drive-thru where you can get burgers for everyone, it’s like striking gold.

Kingston has got to be one of the coolest places in the Hudson Valley. Can it get any cooler? As a matter of fact, yes.

What do you get when you combine a celebrity chef, a rock star, great rock and roll music, and a whole bunch of Hudson Valley Mom and Pop restaurants?

There are severe post pandemic shortages here in the Hudson Valley that are affecting towns, businesses, and individuals.

I haven’t been to all of them, but I’ve been to most of them and must say I enjoyed them all.

These look like some of the best donuts I’ve ever seen. Some of the best and most original flavors, too.

It’s always sad to see a business close, but there is something particularly melancholy about a business closing when that business has been around for so many years that you don’t remember a time when it wasn’t there.
