A Day for Budding Musicians
The Howland Chamber Music Circle and the Howland Cultural Center are presenting their annual Instrument Discovery Children's Concert this Saturday, Sept. 9, from 3 - 4 pm at the Cultural Center at 477 Main Street in Beacon.
