Dutchess County Roads

Is there an unwritten rule that I am unaware of? Because every time I'm at this red light in Dutchess County, people just dash right through it as if it isn't even there!

And the part that kills me is that I always see this crazy speeding weaver at the next light. Always.

I can still picture your red face distorted with misplaced anger. Not your best look, I'm sure.
