It's been a difficult few weeks for Donald Fagen, who was on the road when longtime Steely Dan partner Walter Becker died.

Steely Dan co-founder Donald Fagen has issued a statement in the wake of his longtime bandmate Walter Becker's death.

The news has just broken that Steely Dan founder Donald Fagen has formed a new band called The Nightflyers, and we here in the Hudson Valley couldn't be more proud.

They're promising setlists filled with Steely Dan hits and songs from Donald Fagen's solo albums plus "some swell surprises," Fagen says.
