This is the first in an ongoing series of articles that and look back and even celebrate the times of our life during the 40th anniversary of The Home of Rock and Roll.

Remember going to the fridge to grab a juice or a PBR (depending on your age in 1976) and that fridge looked like the one above? In '76, kitchen appliances were avocado green, harvest gold, some kind of brown or almond. Floors were linoleum or indoor/outdoor carpet and counter tops were Formica.

These words don't even exist in today's homes. It's stainless or stainless, granite and stone tile. If you don't have some form of these in your home, your kitchen is perceived to be from the '70s.

How many of you had or maybe still have a '70s kitchen? One of those home improvement shows would make some serious bank from you if you still do.
