Soul Asylum Play The Chance June 27

Soul Asylum, led by Dave Pirner will play The Chance in Poughkeepsie on Saturday night June 27 with Meat Puppets.

Soul Asylum were one of the most succesful rock groups during the 90's with the release of their album Grave Dancers Union. The album went triple platinum in 1993 and spent 76 weeks on the Billboard charts thanks in part to the smash it 'Runaway Trian', which won a grammy for best rock song of 1994. Other singles included 'Somebody to Shove' and 'Black Gold'.
