Man Wanted For Police Station iPhone Theft Turns Himself Into Police
A man who police were attempting to identify, turned himself into police on Friday.
As we reported, the City of Newburgh were attempting to identify a man in connection to a missing iPhone from the City of Newburgh Police Department lobby.
The man was identified as Christian Jaca, 25 of New Windsor. He was charged with Petit Larceny.
Jaca was booked and released on bail pending arraignment in the City of Newburgh Court on October 2.
The stolen iPhone was last seen in the area of Broadway and Liberty Street.
