The debate has always stirred over panhandlers. Are they people too lazy to go out an get a job and instead want to leech off the system? Or are they down-on-their-luck folks who may need some extra help, whether it be professional help or maybe just a few dollars?

One Iowa business owner is making his point through social media after he claims two young panhandlers in his town turned down a job offer.

The man is referred to as "Uncle Mike". Uncle Mike spotted the two men on the side of the road claiming to be broke and hungry.

Michael Wooldridge, his nephew, said his uncle offered both the men jobs, yet they turned him down.

So this Uncle Mike decided to publicly shame them by standing next to them with his own sign, which read: "Offered These Guys a Job. They Said No. Don't Give Money."

Woolridge wrote on his Facebook that, "My Uncle Mike offered these guys a job said he was busy right now could use the help they said no so he did this !! Wow don't give these guys any money Share Share Share !!"
