Police allegedly found cocaine, an assortment of other drugs and weapons inside a Hudson Valley home.

On Friday around 7:30 p.m., members of the Ulster Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team, URGENT, and the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office K9 Unit executed a search warrant at a home Route 32 in the Town of Ulster.

As a result of the search, a quarter kilogram of cocaine, one ounce of concentrated cannabis wax, two and a half ounces of marijuana, scales, drug packaging material, shotguns, rifles and $15,390 in cash were located, police say.

The homeowner, 69-year-old Edwin Pomales was charged three-counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of drug paraphernalia, felonies, criminal possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a weapon, misdemeanors.

Pomales was remanded to the Ulster County Jail without bail.
