This cold weather has taken a toll on all of us this week and now as we start to possibly thaw out we are dealing with the results of the bone-chilling cold.
Cold Weather Causes The Bakery in New Paltz to Close for a Few Days
Just when you want to get back out to your favorite shops and snack places you may find out that they have had some issues this week due to the cold weather that rolled through. One business that is feeling the cold is The Bakery in New Paltz, New York.
The Bakery which is located on North Front Street in the heart of the Village of New Paltz will be closed for a few days. It appears they had a flood due to some of the pipes freezing in the building.

The Bakery is a staple in New Paltz when it comes to enjoying delicious fresh-made bread and cookies of all kinds. Serving New Paltz for more than 40 years they are normally open 7 days a week and a popular spot for food and drinks.
When they re-open head in for their peanut butter hot chocolate
The bakery offers indoor and outdoor seating. They have an upstairs dining area where they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The dining room also serves as a local art gallery.
The Bakery didn't go into much detail about damages but they did answer that the flood was the result of frozen pipes.
