There is a new exhibit that I can't wait to check out.  It's called Growing Up In Newburgh, and it's being presented by the Newburgh Historical Society from now through December.  You can view the exhibit at the David Crawford House, 189 Montgomery Street in Newburgh.

The exhibit features pictures from the late 19th century through the 20th century.  The photographs were donated by members of the community, and it's the first time they've been put together for an exhibit.  The photos show families and residents at Downing Park, at parades, downtown, and at various events.  Maybe you're even in a few!

The exhibit will be open through December during Crawford House visitor hours, Sundays from 1-4pm, or by appointment.  For more information call the Crawford House at 845 561-2585.
