Gas prices across New York State and the Hudson Valley are falling.

According to The Daily Freeman, gas prices have fallen for another week across New York State, and more specifically, the Hudson Valley region. In New York State, gas prices dropped 5.6 cents per gallon last week, bring the average cost per gallon to $2.58.

In the Hudson Valley, The Daily Freeman reports that the average gas price per gallon in Ulster County was $2.47, which is three cents lower than the week prior. In Dutchess County, the price of gas per gallon remained the same as last week, at $2.67. Greene County saw a drop of 2 cents per gallon, bringing their average price to $2.55 per gallon of gas. Columbia County saw the biggest drop, at 4 cents, making their average price per gallon of gas $2.42.

The Daily Freeman reports the national average gas price per gallon was $2.22, which was three cents lower than the week prior.
