Join WPDH for their 5th annual Halloween Pet Costume Contest at Petco in Poughkeepsie on Sunday, October 27. Pets of all shapes and sizes can enter for a chance to win $500 if they have the best costume of the day. There will also be Halloween activities for the whole family including trick or treating!
