Jazz at Atlas is proud to present as part of its 2019 live concert series the acclaimed alto saxophonist and composer Darius Jones and his outstanding quartet Shades of Black. Winner of the Rising Star-Alto Saxophone award for this year's 67th Annual DownBeat International Critics Poll, Jones is joined in this ensemble by Sam Newsome on soprano saxophone, Cooper-Moore on organ and Michael Wimberly on drums.
