In separate cases, two Hudson Valley men are heading to prison after they confessed to having oral sex with children.

On Monday the Ulster County District Attorney's Office announced that both 24-year-old Leoneudi Agueda of Liberty and Sean Roff, 26, of Plattekill were both sentenced to seven years in prison, the maximum sentence for engaging in oral sex with a child.

Agueda was arrested on June 15, 2017, following an investigation by the New York State Police.

He later confessed he sexually abused a 12-year-old in a parking area off State Route 52 in the Town of Wawarsing. An Order of Protection was issued in favor of the victim to remain in effect until 2033.

In addition, according to the Ulster County District Attorney’s Office, two underage witnesses saw Agueda commit the act. Agueda bribed the underage witnesses to lie to officials and a grand jury. Agueda was additionally charged with two counts of bribing a witness in February.

Roff admitted that in July 2017, he engaged in oral sexual conduct with a 14-year-old girl in July 2017 in his home. He was arrested in July 2018. Roff and a close relationship with the victim's parents, officials say.

According to the Ulster County District Attorney’s Office, The victim’s father spoke at the sentencing.

“Unfortunately, my daughter will have to live with this disgusting memory for the rest of her life. No amount of jail time could ever make up for that," the victim's father said. "You are a pig and piece of garbage….I pray you serve every day of your life hating yourself for what you have done.”

An Order of Protection was issued in favor of the victim until 2033.

Both will have register as sex offenders.

In related news, a teacher living in the Hudson Valley admitted she performed oral sex on a 14-year-old student on “multiple occasions and in multiple locations." She won't go to prison or lose her teaching license.
