Two men from the Bronx were arrested for allegedly stealing almost $1,500 dollars’ worth of merchandise from a local Walmart.

New York State Police in Monroe announced the arrest of Clemente Castracucco, 54, and 57-year-old Stanley D. Bamber, both from Bronx for 4th-degree grand larceny.

Police say on Friday, Castracucco and Bamber stole numerous items from Walmart in the Town of Monroe. The total value of the stolen merchandise valued $1,491.

Castracucco and Bamber were arraigned in the Town of Monroe Justice Court and they were remanded to Orange County Jail with $7,500 bail and $15,000 bond. Both are due to reappear in Town of Monroe Court on April 14.
