Do you have a curious child? A child who is interested in science, particularly the weather? If this sounds like your child, then you might want to get him or her involved in Half Day Steam: Storms this Friday at Red Hook Library.

Young scientists are invited to the Red Hook Library at 7444 S Broadway from 1:30 pm -  3 pm this Friday, Nov. 16th to learn about the true powers of storms and what these forces of nature can mean for us. Children in grades K-2 and 3-5 are invited to join in the hands on activities at the library as they explore the world of storms. Arts and crafts and tales of powerful storms will be sure keep future meteorologists engaged.

All supplies will be provided, but registration is required as space is limited. For more information and to register, call the library at 845-758-3241. For more information about the Red Hook Library and the activities offered there, visit their website.
