Young Radio Listener Donates $300 to Cancer Charity

We had a very special visitor to our morning show broadcast on Friday.

Her name is Olivia and she heard on the radio that we were collecting money to help out kids who are suffering from childhood cancer. That was enough for Olivia to ask her family to bring her out to visit us with her generous gift.

The Boris & Robyn Show has been broadcasting all week from different tiny houses scattered throughout the Hudson Valley. On Friday morning we were broadcasting from Foam and Wash at the Five Corners in Vails Gate. That's where Olivia stopped by to drop off her check for $300 to Alex's Lemonade Stand.

What makes this gift even more special is that Foam and Wash is matching Olivia's donation to make it $600.

We thank Olivia and everyone who stopped by to visit us this week and help out the cause. Alex's Lemonade Stand is a great charity that supports children and their families during a very difficult time in all of their lives.
