Police responded to a "suspicious package" that was found outside a Hudson Valley bank. But what they found was far from dangerous.

The Daily Freeman reports that Kingston City Police responded to a report that an unattended package was found in the entrance way to the Key Bank on Wall St. in Kingston. According to authorities, the package was inside a cardboard box that was taped shut.

Someone who saw something decided to say something and called up the police. A bomb sniffing dog was brought in from the Saugerties Police Department and the area was shut down while authorities investigated the suspicious package.

After being convinced that the package was not an imminent threat it was opened and the contents were revealed to be an old Nintendo game. Police surmise that someone must have dropped it on their way out of the bank.

Of course, you can never be too careful. So if anyone sees two Italian plumbers suspiciously lurking around the sewer pipes in the area, you might want to call police before they start busting up the brick walls and stealing all of Kingston's gold coins.
