The Yankees returned to the post season in dramatic fashion Tuesday night. The Bronx Bombers defeated the Minnesota Twins 8-4 in the American League Wild Card game in front of a packed house in the Bronx.

All eyes were on Yankees phenom Aaron Judge, and the big guy did not disappoint. Judge smacked a two-run home run in the fourth to help the Yankees advance to the American League Division Series. This followed home runs by both Didi Gregorious and Brett Gardner.

Gregorious' shot came at a crucial time as the Yankees trailed 0-3. The Yankees bullpen would later help keep the lead for Aroldis Chapman to finish the game.

The Yankees will face the Cleveland Indians in a best of five series that starts Thursday night in Cleveland.
