The Yankees got an unexpected visitor at their spring training facility on Sunday.

The NY Posts reports that a raccoon was seen climbing the backstop at Steinbrenner Field in Tampa. When a stadium official tried to lure the animal, the raccoon lost its footing off the top of the backstop and fell about forty feet to the ground.

Fortunately, the curious critter survived the fall, and even nonchalantly walked it off. The raccoon was last seen running down the right field line before leaving the stadium.

The Bronx Bombers kick off Spring training tomorrow against the Detroit Tigers. First pitch is at 1:05 p.m.
