Wrestling Legend Jimmy ‘Superfly’ Snuka Diagnosed With Cancer

TMZ is reporting that wrestling legend Jimmy 'Superfly' Snuka has been diagnosed with stomach cancer. Wrestling journalist Bill Apter recently interviewed Snuka's wife Carole who said that the 72 year old legend had underwent surgery to remove part of his stomach and his lymph nodes. Best wishes for a speedy recovery to the 'Superfly'!

Doctor's hope that the surgery was able to remove the cancer entirely. Snuka was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 1996. He is credited to bringing the high-flyer style to wrestling and he was a major attraction in the WWE throughout the 80's.
