On this week's edition of the WPDH Soundcheck, we'll hear from The Who, David Bowie, Meat Loaf, and some golden surprises.  Sunday night at 10pm on 101.5 WPDH and on the WPDH app.

February 23rd and 24th, 1994 it was a celebration of the music of Pete Townshend, guitarist for "The Who".  Roger Daltrey was the main act singing classic Who songs along with others Pete recorded.  Roger had some famous friends join him onstage that night including bandmate John Entwistle, Pete Townshend, Eddie Vedder, Sinead O'Connor, Lou Reed, Alice Cooper and The Chieftains who were sort of the backing band behind Roger those two nights.

What you'll hear are Who songs with an irish spin, and you definitely will hear "Baba O'Riley" like you have never heard before.  Make sure you tune in.  And to keep it Irish this weekend, the David Bowie performance is from Dublin, Ireland.
