This weekend we look back on that legendary Woodstock 1969 concert which took place on the weekend of August 14th thru the 16th. Although Jimi Hendrix was still playing on Monday morning August 17th!  We will celebrate that legendary music festival with a special "WPDH Sound Check" with music from Joe Cocker, Santana, Jefferson Airplane, Janis Joplin, The Who, and more. Michael Lang, the organizer for Woodstock 1969 has said there are plans for a 50th anniversary show, will it be at the original site or somewhere else since the other two Woodstocks have been in Saugerties and Utica-Rome.  Time will tell and we will keep you updated.  In the meantime Bethel Woods is celebrating the 49th anniversary of Woodstock with their annual "Brunch In The Garden" on Saturday with two servings.
