The Black Crowes, a.k.a. Mr. Crowe's Garden, started out as a band in the 80's.  Crowe's Garden named after a Leonard Lesile Brooke's childrens book called "Johnny Crowe's Garden".  From Marietta, Georgia the band went through several bandmates but the constant was always the Robinson brothers, Chris and Rich.

The band sold over 30 million albums, led by their most popular album "Shake Your Money Maker" which debuted in 1990.  The band has been on hiatus and in 2015 announced that they have broken up.
