WPDH Sound Check April 16th

On this week's show we remember the late J. Geils of the J Geils band who passed away this week at the age of 71, plus performances from Aerosmith and Stevie Nicks are also on the ticket, which is free of course.  Sunday at 10pm on 101.5 WPDH and on the WPDH app.

John J. Geils was born in the New York City area in 1946 and moved to Massachusetts and attended Northeastern and then Worcester Polytechnic Institute where he formed "The J. Geils Band" while still in college.  We will feature performances from "The Cinderella Ballroom" in Detroit, Michigan from 1972 and the others from the Pine Knob Music Theatre in Clarkson, Michigan from 1982.
