Tune in for the WPDH Album of the Week this Sunday at 11PM. We’ll be bringing you the Rolling Stones 'Let it Bleed', in its entirety, start to finish.
The Rolling Stones released Let it Bleed in Dec. 1969 and it was the last album to feature guitarist Brian Jones and the first to feature Mick Taylor. The album features classic songs like "Gimme Shelter" and "You Can't Always Get What You Want". Richie Unterberger of Allmusic, said of Let it Bleed that it "extends the rock and blues feel of Beggars Banquet into slightly harder-rocking, more demonically sexual territory. The album ranked No. 32 on Rolling Stone magazine's list of the "500 Greatest Albums of All Time" and it's sold over 7 million copies worldwide since it's 1969 release.
