WPDH Album of the Week: Lynyrd Skynyrd ‘Street Survivors’

Street Survivors is the fifth studio album from Lynyrd Skynyrd, released in October of 1977 on MCA Records. Three days after the album was released, the band's tragic plane crash occurred taking the lives of singer Ronnie Van Zant, guitarist Steve Gaines, and others. The album was an instant success achieving gold status just after it's release and eventually going double platinum. The album features singles "What's Your Name", "That Smell", and "You Got That Right".
