(Pronounced 'Lĕh-'nérd 'Skin-'nérd) is the debut album for Lynyrd Skynyrd released 45 years ago in 1973 on MCA Records. The album features some of the band's most popular songs including "Gimme Three Steps", "Simple Man", "Tuesday's Gone" and "Freebird". The album peaked at number 27 on the Billboard 200 chart and it's been certified double platinum of over 2 million copies sold.
