Tune in for the WPDH Album of the Week this Sunday at 11PM. We’ll be bringing you Elton John 'Madman Across the Water' in it's entirety, start to finish.

The fourth studio album from Elton John, Madman Across the Water, was released in 1971 and it was the last to feature Elton John's regular touring band of Dee Murray and Nigel Olsson, along with guitarist Davey Johnstone. Later band member (drummer Ray Cooper) also appears on the album . As per usual, the song lyrics were penned by his writing partner Bernie Taupin and the singles released included "Levon" and "Tiny Dancer". The album eventually sold over 2 million copies in the U.S. certifying it double platinum.
