Would You Eat a Taco Wrapped in Fried Chicken?

Taco Bell has announced plans for a new item on their menu. That new item happens to be wrapped almost entirely in fried chicken. Yes, instead of a shell, they use fried chicken.

The Naked Chicken Chalupa has been tested in some markets since September 2015 and now the fast food company is hinting a national release is one its way.

You have your choice of beef, or shredded chicken to go inside the taco, topped off with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and an avocado ranch sauce.

Kat Garcia, a spokesperson for Taco Bell, says it's all about timing. Garcia says the company hopes the public takes the item seriously.

Well, people will eat just about anything nowadays, so we don't see why not?
