Cloudy and chilly weather for Wednesday, as a low pressure that brought up rain moves off the coast.  A northwest flow circulating around the west side of the low will bring clouds and flurries to most of the area.  Temps will stay in the mid 40’s. There will be plenty of gusty winds.

The winds will stick around on Thursday, but sunshine returns to the Hudson Valley.
