In September, former teen heartthrob, David Cassidy, plead guilty to driving drunk in 2013 near Albany. However, he still as yet to be sentenced.

Times Herald Record reports that Cassidy agreed to a plea deal that includes 50 hours of community service in his home state of Florida. However, sentencing has not happened after repeated postponements.

According to Cassidy's lawyer, the former Partridge Family singer prefers to be sentenced by mail instead of appearing in court. His latest sentencing date was Wednesday, April 1 but has now been postponed yet again.

What do you think? Should Cassidy be allowed to mail in his court appearance or should he have to appear in front of a judge in New York just like everyone else?
