If you forgot to buy advance tickets to see "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" there are still a few ways you can catch a screening in the Hudson Valley this Thursday night.

Advance tickets went on sale in November, crashing Fandango and movie theater websites across the country. So far the movie has sold over $60 million in tickets and it hasn't even opened yet.

These numbers have fans wondering if they will be left out in the cold on opening night. Well, it looks like there's some good news. This week extra screens have been added at many local theaters, giving everyone a chance at seeing the film before friends and co-workers spoil all of the secrets on Friday morning.

In Poughkeepsie the Regal Galleria Mall 16 Stadium has a limited amount of tickets still available for the 7:15pm, 7:45pm, 9:15pm and all showings after 10pm. 3D screens are sold out until 8:45pm.

Regal Fishkill 10 has sold out of their 7pm showing, but there is still availability after 7:40pm.

In Middletown, the AMC Crystal Run 16 has sold out of its early screenings, but an 11:15pm screening is still available. There are also various 3D showings with availability starting at 7:15.

Kingston's Regal Hudson Valley Mall 12 has sold out of the first showing, but there seems to be limited availability for the rest of the evening as of now.

Theater owners warn that all showings will eventually sell out on Thursday, so if you want to guarantee a seat you should probably buy your tickets now. Also, even though you have a ticket you should plan on arriving early. The sold-out screening mean that seating will be tight.

Of course, The Boris & Robyn Show has already secured a stack of tickets for the very first Hudson Valley screening at 7pm on Thursday. If you want those tickets you'll have to tune in this week to find how how to grab them for free.
