We know what woman want, and we are going to make sure you get it.  Join us one week from tonight, on Tuesday night May 10 for the Crunch Fitness What Women Want at The Poughkeepsie Grand on Market Street in Poughkeepsie  We know you love the men in your life, but how about enjoying a night without them?  It’s a girls night out of the best kind, and you don’t even have to plan it…we’ve already done that for you.
