Weird News: Possible Chemical Attack At ‘Furry’ Convention

In a strange story out of Illinois....19 people reportedly had to be hospitlaized after an apparent deliberate attempt of chlorine poisoning. Police say the incident happened at the MidWest Furfest Convention at the Rosemont Hyatt, outside of Chicago. A

Hazardous materials technicians found the source of the chlorine gas, what appeared to be powdered chlorine, in a stairwell at the ninth floor, according to a statement from police.

According to the FurFest website the festival attracts thousands from all over to "celebrates art, literature and performance based around anthropomorphic animals,"  

Basically it's a bunch of people dresssed as animals.
