New York State Police Troop F, Liberty, are looking for 51-year-old Cornelius Samuel for assault. Samuel allegedly threw a paving stone at her causing her injury to her hand and leg. He failed to return to court to answer these charges and a warrant for his arrest was issued by the Town of Thompson Court.
