Warrant Wednesday: Dutchess County Man Wanted for Grand Larceny

This week’s outstanding warrants have been posted on the New York State Police’s Facebook page. Here is just one of the individuals they are looking for, but they ask that all of us help spread the word.

New York State Police Troop K Poughkeepsie, are looking for 44-year-old John J. Nemec III for grand larceny 2nd degree. According to the New York State Police, Nemec is wanted by the New York State Police from the Poughkeepsie barracks and the Town of Beekman Court following a fraud complaint reported to police in May of 2014. According to the New York State Police, Nemec is accused of defrauding several Dutchess County residents out of over $79,000. Nemec is believed to be residing in the Yonkers area.
