What's that smell officer? Oh, that's just the 15 pounds of pot we have in the car.

Well, I think it's safe to say that you have to be pretty high to drive with 15 pounds of marijuana in your car. However, that didn't stop this Upstate NY pair from allegedly trying it out.

Alynda T. Sturdivant, 26, and her passenger, Akim Green, 40, both of Troy, NY were pulled over on I-87 for a traffic violation, when they were allegedly found to be in possession of 15 pounds of marijuana and a small amount of heroin.

The two were arrested and transported to the SP Newburgh barracks for processing. Alynda Sturdivant was charged with criminal possession of marijuana, criminal possession of a controlled substance, and multiple vehicle and traffic violations. She was arraigned and sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $15,000 bond.

Akim Green was charged with criminal possession of marijuana, criminal possession of a controlled substance and tampering with evidence. He was arraigned and sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $12,500 cash bail, or $25,000 bond.
