Village Battle: Wappingers vs. Monticello

We're making you pick between two popular villages in Wappingers Falls and Monticello.

The Boris & Robyn Show is pitting town against town in the first ever "Hudson Valley Madness" tournament. We've already advanced the towns of New Paltz and Newburgh to round two and now it's time to battle it out for the next spot.

The Village of Wappingers if a comeback story in the making. Just as the Village was starting to see a Renaissance, it hit a major setback when a huge fire ripped through town. With trendy new bars and restaurants leading the way, the Village continues to grow despite it's challenges.

The Village of Monticello has also seen it's share of obstacles. Regardless, the people who live in the small, Sullivan County village have an amazing sense of pride for their hometown. Rallying residents to vote for their homegrown favorites is nothing new for Monticello, sending a few of their favorite eateries to the top of this year's "Battle of the Best" competition.
