A Poughkeepsie based lawyer, Jonna Spilbor, in her weekly segment on the 101.5 WPDH's Boris and Robyn Show gave her opinion on "Making of a Murderer." The Steven Avery tale that so many are talking about.

If you don't know, "Making a Murderer" is one of Netflix's most successful productions ever. The ten-part documentary tells the story of Steven Avery. A Manitowoc County, Wisconsin who man spent 18 years in prison for a rape he did not commit.

DNA evidence exonerated him in 2003 and he was released from prison. Following his release he filed a lawsuit against Manitowoc County for his wrongful conviction and imprisonment. Two years later, with his case not settled, Avery was charged with murdering Teresa Halbach, whose charred remains were found on his family's auto salvage yard. The documentary covers the trial of Steven Avery. Was he really a murderer or did the police department, that he was suing, set him up?

After watching to documentary, everyone has formed their own opinion. What many would find interesting, does their opinion match up with an actual lawyers views on the situation?
