Upstate Woman Arrested on Weapons Charges

An upstate woman, who is also a convicted felon was arrested on weapons charges. 

Donna M. Wiley, 58, of South Bethlehem, NY was arrested by State Police and charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the third Degree, a Class D Felony and three counts of Criminal Sale of a Firearm in the Third Degree, also a Class D Felony.

A police investigation found that Wiley, who is a convicted felon, possessed and unlawfully sold three handguns to an individual residing in Plattsburgh, NY.

Wiley was arraigned on all charges in the Town of Coxsackie Court. The subject was released after posting a $10,000 bond. Wiley is due back in court at a later date.
