Unique Birthday Wish

Six yeer old Danny Nickerson loves birthday cards. So instead of wanting a cake or some toys he only asked for one thing, cards.

He probably didn’t know that he would receive over 30,000 of them.  You see Danny, who lives in Foxborough Massachusetts , was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer last fall.. Since his diagnosis, he stopped attending kindergarten, and has undergone 33 radiation treatments.

A postal worker at the US Postal Service branch in Foxborough confirmed to Boston.com that Nickerson received more mail on Thursday than the entire town combined.  His birthday is July 25th (Friday) and the post office expects more cards and gifts.
