Where can you turn for help with an aging parent? How do you go about creating an advanced directive for your healthcare? Could you use a little help eating healthier and shopping healthier? Are you sure you have that car seat in properly?

If you have recently asked any of these questions, or thought about going back to school, looking into what retraining programs are available in your area, or any other life questions, Ulster County's Annual Human Services Expo can help.

Ulster County Executive Mike Hein, with Department of Social Services Commissioner Mike Iapoce and Office for the Aging Director Kelly McMullen invite Ulster County residents to attend the Expo on Thursday, April 21st, from 10 to 2  at the Hudson Valley Mall in Kingston. The event is free and open to the public.

Over 80 vendors and agencies will be on hand to help answer any questions you may have. If you're new to the area, this is a great way to find out about services that are available, and if you're currently a resident, you may find some services and agencies you didn't know about.

There will be workshops throughout the day. Come and find out about services for seniors, adults, and children.
