Last week, five Dallas Police officers lost their lives during a mass shooting which took place at a peaceful Black Lives Matter protest.

Services were held for three of the fallen officers yesterday. Thousands of people traveled to different cities throughout Texas to mourn DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) officer Brent Thompson and Dallas Police officers Lorn Aherns and Michael Smith. Later this week services will be held for Officers Michael Krol and Patrick Zamarripa.

According to a Facebook post, the Ulster County Sheriff's Office Honor Guard will be on hand in Dallas this week to support and attend services of the fallen officers. Much like the events following the shooting in Orlando, Jet Blue airlines is providing transportation to Deputies and Officers attending the services in Texas.
