An Ulster County man is accused of being in possession of PCP, cocaine, and driving while ability impaired by drugs.

Monday, State Police from Ellenville pulled over a car for allegedly traveling at a high speed on State Route 32 in the Town of Ulster.

Police say an investigation revealed that Vincent E. Girard, of Bloomington was in possession of approximately 4.7 grams of marijuana laced with PCP, 1.2 grams of cocaine, and was driving his vehicle while he was impaired by drugs.

Girard was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd and 5th-degrees, felonies, and driving while ability impaired by drugs.

Girard was arraigned in the Town of Hurley Court and remanded to the Ulster County Jail with no bail. Girard is to reappear in court at a later date.
