Two Hudson Valley men got busted with 12-pounds of marijuana. 

Two Rosendale men are facing felony charges for possessing more than 12-pounds of marijuana, as reported by The Daily Freeman.

Alexander B. Rabsey, 41, and Michelle L. Thomas, 31, are both charged with felony possession of marijuana and the misdemeanor of unlawfully growing cannabis.

The men were arrested by URGENT, with assisstance from members of many of the surrounding towns, as well as the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office and the Ulster County Probation Department.

While executing a search warrant, authorities found 12 pounds of marijuana, assorted marijuana growing paraphernalia and about $1,700 in cash.

They were arraigned and released with appearance tickets.
