Two 6 Year-Old Boys Take Truck On a Joyride

These drivers are looking younger and younger.

This was certainly the case as police in Newton, Kansas say two 6-year-old boys took one of their parent's truck for a spin around the block. The boys' Tuesday afternoon joyride resulted in five other vehicles being damaged along the way and two mailboxes being taken out.

Newton police Sgt. Josh Millspaugh says the three-block trip ended when they crashed into another truck.

The AP reports that one of the boys was taken to a Wichita hospital with minor lacerations. The other boy was released to a parent.

Millspaugh says it was "surprising" to see such young occupants when he responded to the scene.
